An interactive light art installation 

The installation FYEO (For Your Eyes Only) invites the viewer to cause vibrations to steel the construction of the work. These vibrations are transformed and converted into light and color. The work symbolizes the core of the earth we will never reach but can only know by transforming vibrations into visualizations. Ten Velden uses light because light is a medium unlike any other media – such as text, video or speech. By watching a visualization of something without a pre-arranged meaning, as is the case with FEYO, your presence as a viewer becomes important. The interpretation of the work, the way you read it, becomes the work itself.
